We have had help from Associated Plumbing 2-3 times now and will continue to call whenever we have a plumbing need. We are called back within 24 hours of reaching out and we are often able to schedule in the same week. We are grateful for their expert services!

We have used them twice, and both times was an excellent experience. They got us in quickly and worked with us on scheduling. The plumber who helped us both times was Mark and he did excellent work both times. He explained things well and answered our questions, was friendly and efficient. We are very satisfied with both customer service and the plumber and would recommend using Associated Plumbing.

After calling twice, Associated Plumbing finally got back to us to come to our house to provide an assessment of a leaking pipe in our master bathroom behind the wall. They came on July 19, 2023 and left promising to provide an estimate for the work to be done. They charged us $150 for the service call, with no work being done, but with the promise that this cost would be deducted from the cost of the work they would do later. Today is Aug 5th and despite my calling them on July 31, 2023 and them promising to send along an estimate by the end of this week (today, August 5th), they have yet to supply an estimate. Associated Plumbing is a ragtag operation that lacks professionalism and are out to simply make a buck. Do not use them.
