Jeremy literally saved our evening. We needed showers before school pictures, and it's a Sunday night! Everyone else charged at least $100 more! Plus, even though it was a busy night, he prioritized getting to us as quickly as he could so we could avoid the after hours rates. He was quick, professional, courteous, and kind. We will always recommend around the clock.

I called Around The Clock Drain Master today at around 1:00pm (8/15/25) because our kitchen sink was clogged . By 3:30pm my kitchen sink was back in business and I was given good advise to avoid further clogs. Great service! I wish I would have gotten the mans name for a personal thanks.

Jeremy from Around the Clock Drain Master was awesome! Our kitchen sink was clogged about 15 feet in the drain line. He is very knowledgeable and explained the process well. Took about 15 minutes and we were able to get our kitchen up and running again. Great service! Mahalo Jeremy!

Call anybody else! I do NOT recommend! Jason, the “boss”, came out after the first employee was unable to remedy the situation yesterday. While the first guy was polite and respectful he wasn’t able to really help. Jason also failed to remedy the problem leaving us to call Roto Rooter. However, the real issue and the reason for the dismissal review is because JASON completely disrespected our things and our home. He tracked God only knows what all over the carpet and our things in the bathroom. He moved personal belongings and our brand new washing machine without saying a word to us even though we were inside the house the entire time. He didn’t bother to clean anything up or put anything back where it was either. I will now be spending my time to clean up his mess. He also repeatedly left the exterior door wide open with temperatures in the 40’s and whilst being aware of our unrestricted animal inside the home. So two days and a massive mess later, nothing was resolved. Very frustrating experience.
