I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. I spoke with Ann, the dispatcher, and Darren, the plumber—both were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, especially when we ran into challenges with a difficult tenant. They handled everything with patience and professionalism, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. It's clear this is a great family-run business that truly cares about their customers. Worse company ever. Connected me to city sewer. Left deep hole at street connection open 2 weeks with a school bus stop in front of it. Totally dangerous. Did not seal connecting pipes to sewer line properly now roots growing through causing sewage backup in house. Verified via camera. Paid $12,000 cash for work, now will cost me another $5000. To repair their incompetence to dig up and seal pipe connections. Never covered sewer line pipes with gravel as they promised city inspector they would. Just backfilled entire line with existing dirt. Floor drain they installed in basement higher than floor so water drains away instead of in. 3rd flood today in as many weeks. Numerous calls resulted Manager and owner both inspected basement drain and agreed concrete around it too high instead of pitched down. No repair. Each call resulted in same response. "Owner so spiratual he would never cheat you". Well 2 years later its still not fixed. And after a shower i have to deal with a sewage filled basement until i can come up with money to fix what they should have done right the first time.

I would not trust them to do any work for you. They were suppose to install a sink with two drain boards which they didnt. Resulting in failed inspection. We told them a week ahead for a prep sink installation. Which he kept for last minute and never showed up a day before our follow up inspection. We ended up having to pay the city again. They couldn't even do the basic thing,and installed the cold and hot faucests wrong. Take my word they are unreliable I would take my business elsewhere.
