James Rogers gave 5 Star service! He flushed out our solar hot water heater that was clogged and checked our faucets to make sure they were clear also! He was polite and listened to my concerns with full attention. I felt heard. Also because I am over 65, he gave me a 10% discount to the total project. I highly recommend James to help others and we will definitely be calling All Hours Plumber when needed in the future.

I can't recommend All Hours Plumbing highly enough! I live in North Carolina and own a rental property in South Tampa, so when my tenant called to report a leak at the main shut-off valve, I needed help fast, and from someone I could trust from several states away. All Hours Plumbing was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They responded quickly, scheduled the repair without delay, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They handled the leak at the main valve professionally and efficiently, ensuring everything was properly repaired and functioning before they left the job. What impressed me most was their excellent communication and transparency. They provided updates, explained the issue clearly, and even followed up with photos and a summary so I felt completely in the loop despite being out of state. James was great and professional. Came to the Tampa area and late night which I needed and they were able to accommodate last minute. Only giving this 4 stars because it was a little pricey to come out late for a less than 10 minute job. I get it though, working on a toilet comes at a price.

I don't usually write reviews but this company went above and beyond. I accidentally ripped off my outside faucet and water went shooting everywhere so I had to turn off the main valve. I would have been without water until I scheduled a company to come out but I called them and they were here within an hour. Their technician James Rogers was extremely personable, knowledgeable and great at his craft. The price was a little more because it was an emergency situation but completely acceptable because I didn't have to go without water. Mark and James treated me with respect and not like major corporations treat you.

James and River with All Hours Plumbing were fantastic to work with! They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They quickly unclogged a drain that had been giving me trouble for a long time. Arrived on time and got the job done right—highly recommend!
