All About The Pipes Plumbing

Great company. I had an exterior leak and called numerous plumbers to get some help. Nothing But The Pipes was BY FAR the most thorough in terms of talking through what they thought was happening and what their plan was to address the leak. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed of what they were finding, and even tried to save the plants they had to dig up. Very fair pricing as well. Highly recommend this company.

The cost to replace a kitchen sink and faucet was nearly $800 ( hourly labor rate was $225). There was nothing challenging or especially unique about the job. They did have to disconnect/reconnect a reverse osmosis filter system (simple connections). The sink was a simple drop-in. It took two workers 3hrs. So I was quite surprised w. the bill. Seems extremely high for the service performed.!!!!

Al & Noah did a great job for me. Repaired a leaky faucet that I was unable to fix. Also fixed a drain issue under my kitchen sink. Answered all of my questions. Techs were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cost was reasonable and fair. A+ experience

I had an excellent experience with All about the Pipes on two occasions. Mary is on top of it with scheduling and getting the right people out to take care of the problem. Alex was thorough in his work determining what needed to be done. Very pleased with two jobs they have done on two properties I own. Highly recommend and will call them if I have any issues down the road.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future.
