Air & Drain Works

I had two units that were not working. I called Air and Drain Works. They were great to get a technician out to me. The technician name was Mario, he was such a professional and he found the issues right away. He took the time to explain to me what I needed and even showed me what he was doing and how he was going to fix the problems. He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with his work. I emeas very impressed by how he keeled in contact with me to give me updates on the situation. I recommend Air & Drain Works for all your AC and Plumbing issues. The techs themselves were great. Their "excavators" (dudes that dig & fill in holes by hand before and after the techs - not the efficient equipment type of "excavator") are the flakiest contractors you can find. Delays, excuses, truck issues, traffic, you name it - they won't be on time, if they show up at all. They send crews from San Antonio to their Austin jobs for some moronic reason - there are plenty of subcontractors that dig holes here in Austin. They took full payment while leaving a massive (unsafe) hole in my front yard. I reside in a high-end golf course community and I am just waiting for that HOA nastygram to come. If you want awful communication that totally screws with your work schedule, then go with these guys!

Really happy with this company. I called and although they were closed, they still got me a next day appointment. Ken and Kenny were very friendly and professional throughout the process. Appreciated their help with showing me how to properly maintain my AC unit. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all the questions I had. They present a variety of payment options to fit your needs and don’t pressure you into the most expensive one.

Ian & Brayden did a fantastic job at unclogging my apartment block drainage through my apartment. They went above and beyond, even cleaning the messes that needed to be made for the job to get done! We are extremely pleased with the inspection and evaluation of our air conditioning system done by Ken Paul! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all that he did. He included us in the inspection process and presented viable options and price levels for work needing done. He answered all questions and took many photos of our unit and all issues needing addressed. No pressure at all to buy new or to pay now! All interactions were kind and respectful.
