Very difficult to leave reviews for each member of the team who replaced all of our old galvanized and cast Iron sewer system. They all deserve 5 stars. Aaron Elijah, Cash, Ron & Doug were considerat of our property and keeping inside and outside in as good shape as possible. They kept us informed of problems as they arose and possible remedies/solutions. Were easy to work with and worked 12 hrs first 2 days and about 10 hours on day 3 to finish. Great job guys. A couple months late with my review but just had to say what a great job Advanced Home Services did with our sewer line replacement in March. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and did quality work. Our system was replaced incorrectly last summer and it was backing up into our basement. Advanced came the very next day, gave us all our options and got started on the work right away. Very pleased with the work done by this company and would recommend to anyone. Shoutout to Aaron for getting us all setup and squared away. Elijah for staying late 2 days and getting the job done and the rest of the crew: Nester, Hayden, Cash, Matt, Doug, Erica, Bethany, and the guys at R Trucks, Brandon and Charlie. Logan did a great job with our furnace and A/C inspection. He was kind and super knowledgeable in everything he told me about the needs to help my appliances run better and more efficiently. We were gettting a house ready to sell in Idaho Falls and the AC unit had gone out while we were there packing the house. We gave Advanced Home Services a call and they were quick to answer our needs of getting a new AC unit installed. They were able to get us a next day appointment with Logan who came out and did a very great job diagnosing our problem and giving us all the information needed to move forward with getting a new unit installed since the repairs on the old unit would only buy us time. That same afternoon they set us up with the comfort specialists "The Boss Man" Aaron to review the home and go over our options for a new unit installation. Advanced was able to set up the installation apt the next day with Brian. We currently live out of state from this home so it was very nice they were able to set all this up in the week we were there working on the home. One of the best companies we worked with in the Idaho Falls area and wish we had them in our home town!!! Thank you for working with us and providing amazing customer service. Please also thank all of the ladies in the office who helped schedule all the apt we needed!!
