Action Plumbing & Heating

Action plumbing installed the wrong bathroom fixture in my house and got every single vent cover color wrong in my entire house. They refuse to talk to me or resolve the issue. I would absolutely not recommend. Terrible to work with.

Added a Reverse Osmosis System, clean professional service, have used Action on multiple occasions for PLUMBING and HVAC repairs and installations and will continue to use Action as our go-to.

Would be a 1 star but it doesnt leak anymore. Scheduling was easy guy was on time. Used them one time prior and it was ok so decided to try them again. My leaked was fixed at a rediculous cost of nearly $400.00. I had located the leak prior and opened the wall for access to the leak for them. They made the hole slightly bigger for better access no big deal. It would of taken maybe 5 minutes to make the hole bigger. The parts were only around $30.00. Unfortunatly they charged me drive time at $100.00 a hr because they sent a poorly equipped plumber who had to run to get the basic parts needed for the repair. Now I have severly restricted water pressure to the sink and toilet. When I asked about the pressure they basically said deal with it.... Ill call elsewhere from now on.

Todd and the Action Plumbing office team have been very helpful managing some (manufacturer) issues with our disposal and air switch in the two years following a kitchen renovation.
