Highly Recommend! I have always had a great experience with Ace! They are prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment I call, their customer service is excellent — they schedule me quickly and arrive right on time. They diagnose the issue fast and explain everything clearly before starting the work. They fix the problem efficiently and even clean up afterward, which I really appreciate! Fair pricing, honest service, and top-notch quality — it’s hard to find that kind of reliability these days. I've used Ace Plumbing for several years, and they are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Today's service was the proactive replacement of a water heater that was functional but considerably beyond its life expectancy. My only minor "issue" is that the model installed had slightly lower BTU, GPH Recovery, and Uniform Energy Factor than the one initially quoted. Additionally, the manufacturer's web site says the quoted unit has an eight year warranty whereas the one installed has a six year warranty. Still, I'm quite satisfied and will make Ace my first call going forward.

Came to our lake house twice to fix an issue with shower going hot and cold and the issue was not rectified either time, yet we were charged approx $800 for each visit (including “trip charge”). We were slow to pay the second time because we were asking them to come back and fix the issue and we got chastised by the lady calling to collect with threats that “trust me, you dont want to owner to get involved” inferring that he was not going to be pleasant to deal with. We actually asked for the owner to call but all we got was were threats to be sent to bad debt collection so we gave up and just paid the bill. Now we’ve spent $1600 with Ace, who cares nothing about making sure our issue was resolved but just collecting their fees and we still haven’t gotten our problem fixed. Great example of why contractors have a bad name. No integrity.

Ace Plumbing has been incredibly professional and kind, while doing great work as quickly as possible. Their level of customer service made the best of a bad situation. Jason was so patient with my questions, and stayed in constant communication with us regarding the work. They deserve well more than 5 stars!

Best customer service! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I spoke to a friendly gentleman around 7am this morning. I told him what was going on. He assured me that someone would return my call. Two plumbers showed up by 9am. They were so polite and did such a great job! These days it's hard to find people who want to work, let alone people who do a good job. Wonderful customer service! I'm going to refer Ace Plumbing Company to everyone I know. Thank you Banks and his colleague. 10 out of 10 service! They went above and beyond!
