AAA City Plumbing

Was very happy once again with our service by AAA City Plumbing. Gina was very helpful and managed to get us scheduled immediately for service. She was very friendly and professional too. Corey was our serviceman and as before, he was great. He got everything we needed done quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned up and took out the boxing from a shower head I’d purchased as well as the old fixture. We will continue to use AAA City Plumbing as the service is great.

When my septic tank system started acting up again after just having it pumped, I called AAA City Plumbing to come figure out what was going on with it and to (hopefully) fix it! I was trying not to freak out as $ dollar signs $ danced in my head. When I called I spoke with kind Cindy who listened to my tale and then told me she was going to make sure someone got by asap to check it out. Her quiet confidence in the company and those who worked in the trenches, so to speak, was crucial in reducing my anxiety and stress levels. The next day Gary arrived at the time he was expected and began observing what he could and asking me a lot of questions about what I’d noticed. There was probably some blockage somewhere in the line(s) and he needed to check in with his boss to finalize a plan of action/price. The following Monday, Cindy called once again to let me know the guys were on their way. A short time later, Gary was at the door and Ian and Shane were here, too. He wanted to let me know they were getting ready to go to work, and so they did! Several hours later on one of my “rounds,” the guys explained what they’d discovered regarding some of the lines that went to and from the tank and what they were doing to get them right again. Before leaving, they filled in the trenches, seeded the “dig areas” and covered them with hay. They were a great group to work with and they are now my Go-To Guys should I have plumbing/septic tank issues again. Thank you, AAA City Plumbing!

Ian, Josh and James did an excellent job diagnosing and most importantly resolving our septic issues! We have 4 field lines and only 1 was working thanks to lots and lots of roots. They were here on Thursday to pump the septic and explained the next steps. Their wonderful scheduler Jamie was able to get us on the schedule for Monday. The crew arrived and Ian explained exactly what they would be doing and they got to work in the very hot heat. Ian provided me with a thorough update once they found and resolved the problem. The team cleaned up everything and even spread straw. Ian then walked me through the yard so that he could show me what they removed, the clearly marked field lines, etc.. Ian was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The entire crew worked tirelessly in the heat. I highly recommend AAA if you need any assistance with your septic. Thank you again Ian and team! Had to make another call to AAA City Plumbing for an additional problem with our septic system. Thanks to Parrish, who was so wonderful in getting a tech out to us asap so we could finally get back to our home. Everyone at AAA City Plumbing are incredible. Highly recommend and I’ll be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Eric was amazing! Really fast service, correct diagnosis and fixed my issues! Very knowledgeable. Just a really great experience. Will definitely recommend them and use again if any other issues arise! Very pleased!
