I have never had a better experience with a plumber than with Marc Rios! From the first visit to access the plumbing leak to the execution of the repair, Marc cared about the problem and knew how to fix it. He estimated the cost and immediately contact my home warranty company. He was was able to give me the cost of the parts not covered, and he even showed me how to cut the water off and on, so we didn’t have to go to a hotel (it was a Sunday). Marc returned Monday with all the parts and completed the hard and long task of going through the old cement to reach the tub faucet. He was so nice and knowledgeable that I really felt at ease. Marc did such a meticulous job that I didn’t have to replace tile or even get someone out quickly to fix the drywall. I will certainly be calling Marc Rios with A&M Plumbing to get help with any future plumbing issues.

Marc was awesome as always. He first came out to replace the whole tub pipe to the sewer due to it leaking when water drained through the tub. Marc was able to jack hammer through the slab in a small space without having to remove my linen closet or taking out more slab than was needed. Then I asked him to come back to replace all cuts offs under my many sinks (most would not even turn) as well as replacing cut offs and installing a drain box for my washer. Everything was awesome. Marc explained everything and did a great job. He is very personable, professional and easy to talk to. I always ask for Marc when I call A and M Plumbing. They always do great work at a reasonable price. Plus I qualified for their financing which was great. Thanks Marc for all you do.

A&M Plumbing responded quickly to our request and were able to send some one out same day. Romeo was even able to come earlier than expected. He was courteous and very thorough in explaining the issue and the options for fixing/replacing our water heater.
