A-1 Sanitary Sewer & Drain Services

Fantastic experience with A-1! I had a couple bad experiences with Roto-Rooter and was looking for another option when I heard A-1's radio ad. Scheduling was easy and quick, the technicians were polite and professional, and they're significantly cheaper than Roto-Rooter to boot. Only complaint is that I was told a number and it wasn't made clear until the technicians showed up that that number was only for the first hour and if they found a big problem that would take them longer the price would go up. Luckily mine was pretty simple and took them less than an hour, but not knowing that in advance would have been a problem if there had been a more time-consuming issue. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with A-1 Sanitary Sewer Service. I'm hopeful I won't have a reason to call a sewer service again any time soon, but they're who I'll call if I do.

Outstanding! Called them first thing Monday morning and they said they could have someone out near the end of the day. Kody called me about fifteen minutes before arriving and he arrived mid afternoon. He was knowledgable, helpful and kind while answering all of my questions and doing an excellent job of cleaning out my line. I live in an area with lots of trees and have used them before. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future. Thank you for another great job A-1 Sanitary Sewer & Drain!

They came to do a main drain unclog they left and said everything was working fine but when I went to go clean out my shower where everything was being backed up into it was not draining. So I called them and let them know that it wasn’t complete so they came back out and charged me an additional service fee for coming back and said it wasn’t apart of the main drain issue which it was but they just wanted the extra money. Would not recommend.

Had a perimeter drain plugged on a Friday afternoon, and Kris showed up fast. Didn’t complain about having to move some things to get to the drain. Cleaned out the collection box, opened the drain, and educated me on how it all works. Thanks!
