I would like to thank Tyler and James for their superb professionalism, friendly, very polite, excellent job troubleshooting and repairing the gas pipes in record time. I appreciate the hard work in 90+ degree weather. Most of all I appreciate their thoughtfulness and respect to leave their work areas tidy and clean. 615 Plumbing was fantastic! They got us a same-day appointment and even worked around my tight schedule. Our technician, Drake, was so kind and helpful. Thankfully, it turned out we didn’t have a plumbing problem, but I’ll definitely make them my first call if we ever do.

Really great service for fixing the water heater related problem which was long running issue with my water heater. Ran through multiple plumbers .. where I spent lot of money but no expected fix to the problem. 615 plumbing service is great. Caleb Miller was technician who fixed the problem.

Whew! What a day! It started with a broken shower and we all know that could’ve made for an absolute butt hole of a Friday - But it wasn’t! I needed a plumber and I was not sure who to call but I remembered seeing the 615 vans around town (Mostly stored in my brain because of the adorable dog mascot, but whatever) The lady on the phone was amazing and Nick was out at the house within 30 minutes. And guess what? No crazy fee for that. Just part of the service 🙌🏼 He was amazing to my pets, even though one of the Chihuahuas was on his worst behavior and needed to be in air jail most of the time. The repair was a lot more intense than I anticipated, but Nick made it as painless as possible, replaced my old builder grade gold hardware with something more modern and beautiful, and even worked with me on the payment process. It really could’ve set the tone for an awful weekend, but Nick and 615 plumbing made it all ok. I cannot recommend them highly enough and while I won’t say I hope to see him again soon (ha!) I will be passing along his information to anybody who needs a plumber 💜

I’m sure they do great work, but I was quoted $397.84 to take out an old kitchen faucet (nothing wrong with it) and put in a new kitchen faucet. It was in a clean working space with access to everything (see photos). I paid the $69 fee for the plumber to come out and give me a quote, but couldn’t imagine paying nearly $400 for that kind of job. Update: 1 star to 2 stars- They did refund me my $69 since they were only at my home for approximately 10 minutes to give me the quote.👍
