Zoom Drain

Great response times, awesome work!! Highly recommend. I found Zoom through the Thumbtack app and they reached out to me as soon as I submitted my request for service for our clogged kitchen sink. It was a little before 8am on a Thursday so I really appreciated the response time. We spoke and got an appointment scheduled for later that morning as this was something I wanted to get taken care of sooner rather than later. Anthony showed up around 10am and was very friendly and professional. He took a look at the drain, found the crawl space to check it under the house, and then went over the three different options for getting it unclogged. Once we chose an option, he got right to work and I’m telling you, I felt so freaking sorry for this man. Our house is so old and there is no telling how those kitchen pipes were put in and they definitely haven’t been replaced in a long long time, so when the snake wasn’t clearing the clog, he had to go back under the house (mind you, this crawl space is very short and god only knows what’s under there) and he tracked the kitchen pipe to make sure it wasn’t blocked by something external and to see how long it actually was. Turns out, it’s pretty dang long - he ended up having to run the whole 100 foot long snake through it and then it finally started draining again. Throughout this whole ordeal, Anthony was positive and professional, and made the whole experience a little less stressful. I would highly recommend Zoom for anyone who needs a quick response and a thorough job done. I will definitely be reaching back out to them for any future plumbing needs we have.

These guys were amazing! Ashton and Everett were super quick, gave me the best advice on how to navigate my plumbing issues in the future, and installed my garbage disposal in a timely fashion. They were super pleasant, and very knowledgeable of their craft. They were also very precise with their costs, and there were no hidden fees, whatsoever! I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs!!

I wish I could give them a five but here’s what was good and then what could have been better. They arrived on time, price was FAR better than what I was quoted by another company. The job took most of the day due to some things going wrong, shit happens…lol. The job got done and I’m thankful I have a flushing toilet now. What could have been better was the clean up. I had standing water in the floor and some of my tiles were wet and some are very dirty as you can see in the pictures. I had poop on a hall rug and a lot of mud was brought into the house( something to cover shoes would have been nice. I would definitely use them again. The technician kept me informed and pricing was fair.

Today was the day Zoom drain came out to fix the issue I had…Brian and the crew did a great job!!! They fixed everything perfectly and left with everything looking great!! Yes they had to dig up part of the yard but they left it looking the best it ever could be after doing all what they had to do!!! He gave me a phone call once he was done and explained everything that they did that day…I would give him and his team 10 stars for their service and personal care they gave to my issue.
