Cody was able to work with my concerns and helped me explore options to tackle it. Very quick and efficient in changing what was needed and honored their military discount. Aaron was able walk me through the process and explain what needed attention. Very respectful of property and kept workspace clean throughout process. Jacob answered all questions while he dug through the property clearing a path for a new main sewer line. Aaron & Jacob rerouted main sewer line and connected plumbing before leaving for the night. Danny was efficient and leveled out the dirt and laying down grass seed. Great team and work ethic.

The two guys that came to my house to fix my clogged sewer pipe did an excellent job. They used a camera thru the pipe from the bathroom and quickly determined the clog was out near the street. Instead of running the rooter out from inside the house, he was able to go from the street access and got it to back feed back towards the house. The clog was about six feet from the access. After clearing the clog he went back inside and used their camera again and ran it all the way to where the clog was. It showed that the PVC pipe was fine until it met the City's cast iron pipe and revealed a break in the pipe. looked like the PVC pipe cracked and was offset a bit. He had an instrument that determined that the pipe was six feet deep. I was totally impressed with them and the equipment they used. I know the pipe has to be fixed, but we know exactly where to excavate and how deep. Just need the estimate but at least he assured me I should be good now, at least for a month. I am one happy customer thanks to these guys.

Titus and Micah were absolutely fantastic! We cannot say enough great things about them. They were very accommodating with our schedule and were always super quick in answering any questions. Titus even took the time to sit down with us to help us understand the claim process we would be going through with our insurance company. He even helped us make sure we put in the claim the correct way. Not only were they great at what they did but they were also so friendly every time they came out. They always took extra time to answer any of our questions, even if that meant answering the same one three times. So thankful we had them and strongly recommend them! Will not do business with this company anymore, had my first appointment scheduled between 12 and three, he did not show up till after three when I called to check to see where he was. They said he had had a flat tire. Once he came after three, he did not leave my home until 10 o’clock that night. I had a clogged drain in my washer line Technician tried to run the camera down the drain could not get it so he suggested to pull up my toilet without asking if I had a another toilet in the house once he ran the camera down the toilet could not see anything because I did have another toilet, which he did not ask beforehand. Suggested to him, he may need to go to my clean out, which was in front of my home. He could not see it above the ground so he had to dig to find it however, when he got to the clean out, he ran the camera and there was a small look like maybe some dirt in the pipe he said that was the clog which ran the camera again everything looked cleared. However, my washing machine is not connected to my main line at that point asked me to run some water through my washing machine drain line with the water hose. It did not back up at the time however when I wash a large load, which was after the technician had around 10 o’clock that night the drain overflowed again called the next morning they said the technician would be out between three and five never saw him never heard from him so I called back in again. They said he was tied up with another client. He would call me when he was able to come back out. He called me at 9:30 wanting to come back out to my home to go under the house, which reminds you it was pitch dark at that time of the night and possibly try to cut the pipe to see if he could drain it the night before I had stayed up till midnight. Keep an eye on my washer to keep it from overflowing had to keep turning it off before the water drain back down I called the technician the next day to let him know it was still overflowing. They had charged me $1785 and to this day, my washer is still clogged having to get another plumber come out and pay more money to get this resolved when I made the first call, it should’ve been resolved instead of trying other things that did not work spoke to his supervisor he used every excuse not to compensate me for paying that type of money and not getting my issue taken care of Told me it would’ve been 2500 that they was giving me a break when the technician only ran the camera which was a coupon online for free camera inspection. He went out and put two ends on my current pipe that I had for my drain out and that was it. I just feel like 1785 was a lot to pay For something that was not taken care of supervisor was no help dispatcher. Melissa was very rude when I first called back to let them know that the issue was not fixed will never do business with this company again they are not reliable and they’re not empathetic to any issues that you have once you give them your money very bad Service.
