I found the problem before Spencer & Jaime arrived, but they were nice & professional so they checked my "stuck contact" just to make sure it was OK & didn't need replacing. It made me feel better, & the honesty was much appreciated. We plan to get the maintenance plan after they left me a brochure( with no pressure). Seems like a good deal & a good company. This was our second experience with Berico.

Berico was able to come the same day I called them. Jalen our technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He got out A/C system up and running in no time. I highly recommend Berico and their technicians.
