Isaac was great! Even came a day early. He is very good at what he does and installed a whole set of under the counter and in the cabinet (glass fronts) lighting. They work wonderful. I definitely recommend Isaac and would definitely use him again. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you.

UPDATE: I wish Google would allow me to leave two separate reviews but alas. I'm editing my existing review to add that we used Central Carolina Air (CCA) emergency services for our AC unit. We came home late from vacation to discover the unit was running but not blowing cool air. The temps are forecasted to be in the mid to high 80's so we didn't want to go the entire weekend without cool air. After calling to request emergency services we received a callback from Stan within the hour. I described the issue and he arrived within the next hour. Nearly immediately determined the issue to be a faulty dual capacitor. He provided pricing options with and without a maintenance agreement (offers discounts on service call fees). We opted for the maintenance plan and he replaced the part quickly. We were very impressed with Stan. He expertly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and answered all our questions. Again, we highly recommend CCA and will continue to call them for any future needs as they have continually demonstrated excellent customer service and provided high quality services. When we purchased our home four years ago it still had the original gas water heater that was installed in 2006. Over the course of four years we'd contracted with other plumbing companies for small jobs and they supplied us with quotes to replace the water heater (with either another standard tank or tankless). We had concerns with replacing the water heater due to it being located in the attic. Eventually the time came when the pilot would not stay lit on the old unit. Not completely satisfied with the service delivered by other plumbing companies we found Central Carolina Air (CCA) online and were impressed with their Google reviews. At this point, the pilot is out and we're without hot water. I called on Wednesday and the person I spoke with was friendly, informative, and up front about the diagnostic fee if we opted to troubleshoot the issue. Instead, we chose to schedule a visit for a free quote (for replacement). Chris arrived and discussed options with us. He was very knowledgeable and assured us that we would be 100% satisfied with their work. Calvin and Dacoda arrived the next day to install our new tankless. They went above and beyond; excellent service! One of our concerns about replacing the water heater was removing it from the attic without damaging the attic access. Impressively they did just that. They did a wonderful job installing the tankless and ensuring that everything met code. I highly recommend CCA!

Stan the technician was great, he came on time, was professional, efficient, honest and polite. Would recommend Central Carolina Air Conditioning Services and Stan the technician for the home air conditioning needs as good quality and reliable service. Terry did a great job very quickly found the matching air conditioner to connect with my gas heater for the best price and arranged quick delivery. Orlando Prado came in a few days to install a new air conditioner and Tarek was helping him. They both are polite and respectful. Orlando is extremely hardworking person, he worked from 8AM till 7 PM nonstop until everything was properly installed and connected and he made sure everything is working as it supposed to, he was so precise and conscientious and he worked as it was his own home. He’s the most hardworking man I have ever seen! The Central Carolina Air Conditioning company got the best hardworking people in the area. I would recommend this company to everyone who get the job done in the most efficient and good quality way. Nick the technician did the great job. He came in time, he was efficient and professional. I would recommend him for any of your air conditioning technician needs.

I’ve called this team multiple times for furnace and plumbing issues, and they’ve always had a tech out within 1-2 hours and done quality work. I recently had an issue with my kitchen sink drain which turned out to be more challenging than expected, but Michael got it taken care of and was very personable and professional. The office staff is always friendly and helpful too!

Roger was very thorough with his explanation; came back to the house twice to make sure I understood everything. Provided multiple options. The installers arrived early and were clear in what they were doing. We are enjoying a cool and comfortable house today. Highly recommend.
