Zoom Drain

The tech arrived right when they said they would. Ran a camera and showed me their findings. Picture was really good quality and easy to see. To my surprise they told me the pipes were in really great shape and did not recommend the additional cleaning service. It ended up being a problem in the septic tank. I really appreciate that they were honest and didn't just automatically provide the additional service. Most big drain outfits will just proceed to charge for every service they can think of. Zoom drain even gave us a referral discount. Which helped as money is tight for everyone these days.

Technician Brody arrived on time, as scheduled. He was polite and professional and took time to listen to my concerns and issues and learn about the job before giving me "Up front pricing", so I knew exactly what to expect. It was a very difficult job and at times I thought I wouldn't blame him if he gave up. But, as he said " I couldn't sleep at night if I didn't feel like I had completed the job" to my satisfaction. He had to snake three times to get through the root clog, over 70 ft away! He was professional, clean, and conscientious. I could not rate him higher! 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain and Brody.

I had a drain back up on New Years Eve with no one available on the 1st. I received a referral to Zoom Drain and I couldn’t be more pleased. Brody, the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I was kept abreast of the time he would arrive etc. the price was extremely reasonable! With a previous issue with our cast iron pipes I was nervous about another huge project. Brody explained everything on the camera which gave me relief. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain!!!!

Our experience with Brody at Zoom Drain Cleaning was excellent. He got the drain in our barn cleaned out and was extremely efficient and accomodating. He had to use high force hydro to open the drain up. I don't normally write reviews but this company goes above and beyond with their service and attitude. Pricing is good also.
