Zoom Drain

Lucas and his team at Zoom Drain were outstanding! They came out the same day I called to inspect and find the problem, and had us scheduled for repair within just a few days. The crew was professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the project. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace our collapsed corrugated underground gutter drainage pipes with over 250 feet of durable PVC. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!

Thought I had a drainage issue so Zoom sent James out to assess my issue. James arrived on time and spent an hour at my house thoroughly inspecting my gutters and drain. He used a camera to see inside the drain pipe, whilst also pumping water into the drain to inspect the flow. James said my drain and flow looked good, but also provided me with some steps I could take to help further ensure the rain water flows away from house. He gave me an honest assessment and Zoom did not charge for the visit. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy was my impression!

It was a pleasure meeting Bradley and James. First of all same day service, and they arrived at least 45 minutes earlier than expected - and that was a good thing. Secondly, for now, they proposed a much less expensive solution, with the caveat that I'm to keep my eye on things, and if they have to do the more extensive solution, they'll return. I appreciate starting with the more affordable fix. Both technicians were pleasant, personable and professional. Once the fix was concluded I was shown a video of their work. I would call them again.

I called Zoom Drain at 3:00 p.m. And they were at my property by 4:30 p.m. The same day! KJ and James were very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed a very nasty problem! I called multiple other companies that could not come out until at least the next day and these guys we're there within an hour and a half! This is one of my overnight rental properties and saved me a lot of hassle and my renters were super happy with the response time as well! I highly recommend zoom drain to anybody needing fast, reliable service!!!

It’s refreshing to have a contractor that is honest and reliable AND there’s no charge to come out and investigate! Bradley is very thorough and determined to fix your plumbing issues I’ve had a complex problem with an older home and he has been very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend!!
