I had a excellent experience with Williams Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. From the start Guy helped me choose the right unit as well as financing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The day of install Sebastian and his team really took the time to explain everything they were doing, they explained how the new unit would work, cleaned up thoroughly and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I am now enjoying my nice cool house.

We've used Williams on several occasions over the years, and they always do a great job. Recently, we needed the motor on our HVAC unit replaced. The technician, Victor, was super-helpful and professional. He walked us through the problem and explained our options. Once we had a plan, he repaired the unit and made sure it was working properly and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend!

Our AC stopped working. Within 1.5 hours of our call, Alex arrived and spent almost 2 hours here. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem. He is a real asset to a company that we have used for a long time, have had only good experiences with and would highly recommend.

We recently had a problem with our upstairs heating unit not performing consistently. Williams Plumbing, Heating & Air sent over a technician who diagnosed the issue quickly and told us what needed to be done to remedy the issue. Two other technicians were sent over to make a repair and an adjustment to the system. Unfortunately, following the successful completion of their work, one of the technicians lost his balance and his knee went through the ceiling over one of our bedrooms. Fortunately, he did not fall through the ceiling, and he was very apologetic concerning the damage. An hour or so after the accident, one of the office staff at Williams called us and told us that we would be getting a call from a contractor who does ceiling repair. The contractor called us a brief time later and set up an appointment for 9am the next day for him and his team to come and repair the ceiling. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of repairing the ceiling and cleaning up the debris. Since that time, our heating system has been working consistently, and the damaged ceiling looks great. There is no evidence that anything happened to the repaired ceiling. We have been customers of Williams Plumbing, Heating & Air for at least 25 years. We appreciate all the excellent work and support that Williams has provided to us recently and over all the years. Their office folks and service technicians are knowledgeable and are enjoyable and friendly people to interact with.

Williams Plumbing and Heat & Air have performed work for me in the past, new HVAC and plumbing work. But no more! I called them to try to resolve but no resolution. So informing others to look out for outrageous charges. - They charged me $109 to come out and provide a proposal for work. - To move plumbing drain and water for a double vanity, William's proposal = $1664. AM Plumbing charged $425. - To hook up vanity with me supplying the faucets, William's proposal was $3,462. AM Plumbing did it for $275. Be careful!!!
