A technician (James) was sent out to assess the issue that I contacted the company about. Before any payments were made all of my questions were answered effectively and thoroughly. Cecil did a very nice job replacing our wall outlet that was tripping the circuit breaker. He was quick. He was informative and he was very professional. I recommend him for any job.

Our home has some quirky wiring. Raphael came out, updated our garage outlets, and explained how everything works with our garage wiring so we felt comfortable that everything was safe and functional. He even came back out again when we couldn’t figure out how to reset a GFCI protected circuit to show us which outlet controlled the circuit. Would highly recommend!
