Revising last review from two stars to one star. I said repairs were completed competently in my first review, but that was not the case. "Repaired" toilet was loose one day later. Your statement that the exorbitant price was due to "your tools, materials, training and expertise needed to ensure that the work is done right." doesn't ring true now. To your credit, you sent your tech out to fix the issue, but I had no confidence when he told me he didn't really know what happened or what caused the issue. We'll see if it's really fixed or if I'll need a third visit. Your price is STILL too high!! You charged me NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR for bad service. Work to fix wobbly toilet was completed competently as far as I can tell. Paid over $300 for 20 minutes work. That's $900 dollars per hour. I won't be calling them again!

We were very impressed with the professionalism that the plumber presented during his time in our home. He was very informative, had great personable skills, and got the job done in a reasonable time frame! It’s not too often you find people that seem to enjoy their jobs nowadays, but this guy seemed like someone who actually values his job and in return gave great customer service! Thank you!!!

Had the dreaded iron ochre issue in my sump, not what you want to see! I called several businesses who flat out turned me down. Finding Michigan Plumbing was a miracle. Chadwick came out, assessed the issue and we made quick plans to get it taken care of. Both Chadwick and the pump operator were prompt, courteous, and efficient at tackling the project. They actually finished an hour ahead of schedule and clean up was excellent, like they weren't even here. Highly recommend Michigan Plumbing!

Austin started working promptly upon arriving, kept me informed, did have Chadwick come and help ...they worked well together. Am thrilled with the work and as usual they cleaned the area well....long job, but gives me peace of mind. Thank you

Both workers were incredibly exact in detail and in exactly what they were doing and both so kind! Joe knows his plumbing and takes his job he is doing seriously and leaves nothing out which is so refreshing these days. Also The price we were quoted was the price we paid. Max's Manners were top notch and a 10+..as he is an apprentice so he paid attention every detail and did amazing! They were able to do the job the very next day...we had a main pipe leaking from our upstairs bathroom down into our basement. They fixed this issue without having to do the second option that was more invasive and cost WAY more money and did so in three hours.
