Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had the pleasure of working with Roto-Rooter recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided by technicians Joe and Chris. They were extremely professional and efficient in fixing a broken and offset pipe at my property. Not only did they repair the issue, but they also went above and beyond by jetting the lines clean all the way to the sewer connection. What truly stood out to me was their communication throughout the project. Joe and Chris kept me up to date every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They also worked directly with the city inspection team to ensure the inspection was passed, which was a huge relief. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Joe and Chris. They did a great job in a quick time frame, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter, and especially these two technicians, for anyone in need of plumbing services. Great job, and thank you for the excellent work!

Roto-Rooter Rip-OFF I would not do business with them again. They charged me 59.95. I was told the 59.95 would be done after the plumber identifies the issue. The plumber looked at the damage in my basement for one second. He returned upstairs and started to sell me different products. I asked him what was the issue, he said he did not know but could start with their cheapest option. And I had to pay him so he would leave. No thank you! I want my money back!

The technician I had, Ryan was very nice and did his job properly but the company itself is ripping people off. I called with a very specific question and they refused to give me an estimate unless they had a tech come out so I’d have to pay the service fee. Then they charged me $290 for FIVE minutes worth of work. It took 5 minutes to use a hand auger to unclog a toilet and for some reason, that costs almost $300. In this economy? Spend your money somewhere else. They don’t care about helping you, they just want your money.

I had an issue with both a water connection to a new refrigerator and a drain blockage in a new home. I reached out to Roto-Rooter and I am very glad that I did. The person they sent out, Aaron Capitano, arrived exactly when I had requested help, and provided excellent service. Aaron was highly professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personable, calm, and kind, and he happily explained options, issues, and rates in detail as he troubleshot his way through the problems about which I had called. On his follow-up visit, he not only fixed everything that needed fixing, but he also noted problems that might crop up and how they might be dealt with in the future. The price was reasonable for the expert work received. I was very fortunate to have had Aaron's service, and it speaks well of Roto-Rooter that they have such superb people working for them. I can't imagine going elsewhere for my plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommended.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing was fantastic! There were several plumbing issues in my house that built up over time and as soon as I called they quickly had someone available to come out the next day. The Specialist, Aaron C. was super knowledgeable and friendly. He was totally transparent about all the options and costs, which we greatly appreciated. He made quick work of all of it, quality service at an affordable price. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner haha. Overall great experience, great company, great people. 5 starts for sure.
