Terrible company. Quoted us $650 to replace a spigot (a 30 min job). When we said no, they tried to charge us $230 just for the quote (with no prior communication about this fee) and tried to forge my husband's signature to force us to pay. STAY AWAY!
IS THE WORK GOING TO BE DONE CORRECTLY? I was scheduled to get a furnace install today and no one showed up or called. They gave a window of arrival between 8am-4pm. I called at 11:30am to see what the schedule was like as I thought I could do errands. They told me I was third in line today. I called them again as it was 4pm, and no one was here or called. I was told that someone was supposed to call me. I explained that I've been having a problem with the furnace going out when it is very cold outside and wanted this done quickly and cancelled a doctor's appointment today to accommodate THEM. Obviously, I waited all day to reschedule - but didn't get to do that today because who I spoke to didn't do scheduling. So now I'm hanging out there waiting for someone to reschedule the appointment for me. At this point, you wonder if the job will be done correctly? I have no confidence in this company at this point. If they can't make a call, can they do the work properly?
Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable, helping us to resolve the issue we called about, inform us about improvements that would help mitigate future issues, and briefly discuss future projects. The company as a whole has been great to work with, giving very prompt and informative responses to our questions, and has been one of the best to help us navigate our home warranty coverage.
JD was excellent! When he arrived, he was very professional. I explained the different issues I was having, and he put together a plan of action to take care of everything! He then took the time to make sure I understood the different steps and an approximate time line for how long it will all take. I am looking forward to the work getting completed.
James was here yesterday.He is very courteous and knowledgeable and arrived on time.the repair turned out to be more difficult/extensive than originally thought. James communicated in a courteous manner, was very polite and is knowledgeable. He was able to remedy the problem never allowing pitfalls to affect him. Would definitely recommend James and Whitney Electric.
