What an amazing experience. It’s always so nice to have someone come to our house and be talented, polite, neat and caring about our property and the work they are doing. Tom, the electrician assigned to our work, knew his job, was always professional and polite. The job was done professionally and without delay. Ask for Tom if you want a great outcome. Kudos also to the office folks, every single time I talked to them they were polite, attentive and always had an answer to my questions. I did not meet or talk to anyone on the management side of the business but when you have staff such as Tom and the rest doing such an amazing job, and you are able to keep them happy and doing a great job, there must be great managers behind it all. Thank you Whipple Service Champions! We will be calling you again for future work.

Aaron arrived promptly to assess the issue with my water heater. He thoroughly examined the unit and took the time to explain the problem in detail, ensuring I understood the underlying causes. Greg and Gary did a great job servicing our lights as well as a couple of other smaller projects. I will have them back to add a few more items such as a whole-house surge protector and additional sconce lighting.

Al came to install a new kitchen faucet and replace a 25 year old leaking brass fitting for the kitchen sink. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very customer service oriented! We enjoyed having him in our home! I highly recommend Al and will always request him for our plumbing needs!

Austin was very good at communicating what he needed to do and why. He spent most of the day here trying to get the job done for me. I the end I am a little disappointed that the whole job could not be done today and the cost was very high. I appreciate his advice and honesty . Very friendly ,respectful and helpful.
