David consistently provides excellent customer service and technical repair services and installation. This time he helped me select the correct parts to upgrade my shower faucets. He installed everything perfectly and ensured that I received my appropriate member pricing. I know all of their technicians are probably amazing - but I always work with David. David from Expert Services was very prompt and professional. He called me about 40 minutes before the suggested window time that he would be here to let me know that he was on his way. It was very appreciated to ensure that my home and my children and myself were ready to let him in and that everything was set up for the installation. He always made sure to wear his shoe coverings went inside the home and remove them when he would go out to his van. He spoke professionally, informatively and clearly so that I was able to understand exactly what he was trying to explain. John Harvey was my plumbing technician and what a wonderful experience he delivered replacing my water pressure valve and installing a new water softener. He was personable and informative explaining how it all worked so I could understand it. If all technicians were like him we would all be happy to call for help. Had trouble with my water heater (on a Saturday of course) so I gave Expert Services a call. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication on their part, but they quickly reached out to make things right and got a technician out to assess my problem. The technician, John Harvey, came over on his day off to give the water heater a look and quickly found the problem, educating me along the way. Alas, it was not an easy fix and the unit needed to be replaced. Within about 3 hrs from stepping foot in my home John had a brand new unit installed and the area cleaned up to boot! If something breaks I would definitely recommend Expert Services. P. S. My cat liked him too!

They went above and beyond. My AC wasn't working as well as I wanted. They came out first thing in the morning, did a complete diagnosis and give a honest recommendation for a solution. I needed some more freon and they were able to add what I needed at a reasonable price. They performed some leak testing and everything was looking great. Their service was fast, honest and affordable.
