We have had a great experience from Kris who came out to clean out backed up line then Alan who came back with Kris to run ecamera and show us the problem and quote what it would take cost and time wise to our Lead installer with Matt and Riley as his helpers. Mike keep us informed and their scheduler keep us informed and we got the job done in 3 days. Just waiting for asphalt to be patched and we will be done. Great job Black Diamond, we used them on an electrical project before and everything went just as smooth Thanks Bill Martin

I've always had a great experience with Black Diamond experts. I've had David to my home a few times to do electrical work, install a bathroom exhaust fan, and a fan in a two story ceiling. He's always been super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend

Update 04/23/2025: Finally connected with the Director of Operations and he made things right. Jared listened and had a plan to correct the issues. Original review: Rescheduling, dishonesty, and headache. My 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. appointment was rescheduled with hardly any notice and I was told it would be closer to 12:00 p.m. Then 1:30 p.m. rolls around and after multiple phone calls to Black Diamond I was told that the install may have to be pushed to another day. Due to the heat and having little kids I pushed for install on the contracted day. Finally the tech showed up around 4:45 p.m. As 9:00 p.m. rolled around the job was still not done because the technician did not have everything he needed to finish the job. Each time I had contact with someone from Black Diamond Experts I was given a different excuse as to why my appointment was getting pushed. I understand problems come up but be straightforward. After the second excuse the excuses feel more like lies, especially when they are all different. I had to miss a shift at work, stick close to my house all day when I had errands to run, and I still did not have my a/c installed 100% on the contracted day. The next day the install was finished after 4 hours when I was told it would take 15 which made me late for work. If it was just a review on Rusty, Jake, and Skyler it would be a 5/5. Because of the scheduling issues and lies 2/5 stars.

I have always been a huge fan of Black Diamond until recently. A few months back a tech came out to give me a quote on repairing my old air conditioner. Said he had been drinking so much that he needed to use the restroom, which I feel is no problem at all. Out all day, from home to home, working long hours, of course please use the restroom. When the tech left I walked into my restroom to find a very large yellow puddle in front of the toilet, that I almost stepped in. It would have been nice had he wiped that up. And then today, just disappointed in the recently installed AC by Black Diamond. Update: I called the number as they wanted to discuss things further. Spoke to someone who said she was transferring me to customer relations, and if they were unable to answer just leave a message. There is no answering machine it just continues to ring. If someone wants to discuss this further with me, you have my number.
