Our old AC unit gave out on us. Western was very prompt at getting us appointments both for the consultation and the install. Brent and Brayan were fantastic. We’re very pleased with the results and happy to have our AC back up and running as it is hot!

Parker and Pedro from Western Heating, Air and Plumbing installed a new HVAC in our home today. They did an excellent job and were very efficient. They worked well as a team and were both very courteous. All went very well.

How does this company find the best repairmen and employees? Today Brandon came and fixed our A/C that had a bad sensor. He was super kind, polite, smart, and considerate. He didn’t waste any time, and he also didn’t rush at all. He was working in our boiling hot attic for a LONG time testing out the new sensor, and it was over 100 degrees so he must have been miserable, but he never complained. We were VERY impressed with him and how he helped us so much! What a great guy! Thank you so much!

I had Western come out when my home AC was on the fritz. Thankfully it wasn't completely broken. After consulting with Jose on my own observations and Jose diagnosing the best answer seemed to be replacement. We did discuss other options. It was a refrigerant leak. Then we had Mark visit and go through the options. My kid loved Mark and was ready to hang out through the whole discussion. Mark also brought out a portable AC unit to keep my family comfortable. Finally, Tyler and Easton installed the new equipment. Everything happened as quick as I could hope for. I should have been more hospitable and offered food and drink for the long day they put in. Overall great experience. Everyone I interacted with was great. I wish I could remember the person I talked to in the office to arrange the first appointment to give her a shout out as well.

Michael was great! He was fast and extremely efficient. We needed a new water heater and decided to go tankless. He had the job done done and everything cleaned up in less than three hours. I was impressed with his work and Western did a great job of communication and scheduling. I will definitely use them again!
