We recently had both of our HVAC units replaced, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Way Cool HVAC! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and downright impressive. Kendra Harrison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She was kind, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. I had an issue with my air conditioner. I took a chance and called way cool plumbing. They sent out Brandon Mallory. What an awesome technician he was so knowledgeable and efficient after he diagnosed the problem he had a conversation with me then he went to get the parts. He said he would be back in 30 minutes to install then and he was completely on time. He checked the system multiple times to make sure everything was working I couldn't be happier. The crew showed early, which was good thinking in this heat. Completed the job in a day. Checked out a concern I had about a vibration. Assured me all was fine. A quick tutorial on the thermostat and it was go, and the cool air started flowing. It was an excellant experience from start to finish.
