My Ac broke and I founded any hour service, I filled in my information and within 30 minute, they confirmed my appointment for the same day and send leslie to my home to do a no obligation evaluation for a new AC unit, Leslie came by with 4 hours, she went into the attic and after 30 minutes or so, came back with her recommendation, Leslie answered all my questions patiently and explain in detail of the installation process, I can see she is well qualify and not just a sale person selling a product for a commission. she did manage to talk me into repalcing both AC unit instaed of just the broken one. I would recommend Leslie if anyone should have a need for a new AC. At the same time, the other AC company didn't get back with me for 5 days so they lose out on a $25,000 sale.
