They treated us with respect which, in a semi-emergency plumbing situation, is not always the case with other bigger plumbers. Had a pretty bad leak under my kitchen sink that started flooding the cabinet. I tried tightening some things myself but it didn’t help at all. Ended up calling a plumber I found online with good reviews. He picked up the phone quick and came out the same day. Real friendly guy and he explained what the issue was before doing anything. Turns out the pipe was cracked and the seal was totally worn out. He replaced the damaged section and showed me how to check for leaks in the future. It wasn’t cheap but also not crazy expensive. He cleaned up everything after too and made sure nothing was dripping. The only thing I didn’t love was he had to run out to grab a part which took about 30 minutes but he came right back and finished the job. Now everything’s dry and working again. I saved his number in case anything else happens. These kinds of things stress me out but he made it easier and didn’t talk to me like I was dumb. If you need plumbing help and want someone honest this guy’s a safe choice. Glad I didn’t wait and make it worse.
