Couldn’t be happier with the work Shawn and his crew did for me to ensure a safe and clean water source! Efficient and tidy and they gave me a great price too. They were fast also! I’m so happy they were recommended by my real estate agent, Kelly Zuger at Ensemble. UPDATE! Just had Ali from Mr Rooter install a brand new tankless hot water system for me. Completely transparent process from start to finish. Prompt, tidy, and through the Mr Rooter membership plan, I received a substantial discount.

Nathan came out and replaced two outdoor faucets. He was on time and professional. I had gotten two other bids with other plumbing company's before going with Mr Rooter, but they we're double and triple in price for the same work and material I've used Mr. Rooter in the past for a couple other jobs done and was not disappointed. I used Mr. Rooter to do preventive maintenance a residential sewer drain in north Seattle. The drain is an 80' long, 75 year old residential sewer line constructed of concrete pipe segments and typical for the older homes in the area. The scheduling and technician were all professional, prompt, and did exactly what I asked them to do. The company quickly and accurately honored the price advertised on a coupon I received in the mail that specified an exterior cleanout location and no more than 100 feet from the cleanout to the sewer main. I will call them again when I want this sewer drain cleaned.

The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced but friendly also. He came in and recognized what would need to be done in my kitchen. He completed that work with very little mess (that he cleaned up as he went along!) He recommended the flush of the water heater to clean out any mineral deposits that are floating around, which prolongs the life of the unit. So that got done also. A professional job done all around today. Thank you, Robert Fulton….you are a blessing!

Last month we had twice water damage and called Mr. Rooter on Sunday noon. Mr. Rooter helped me to schedule same day. Technician Noah arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 mins. However, he went into crawl space examined all water pipes to make sure. He advised us to re-pipe a full house with PEX A rather than fixed CPVC partially at an affordable price. He was not pushy about the service at all. Once we decided to go with them Noah did a great job and planned accordingly before he starts the project. Noah is very knowledgeable and professional. Very kind and helpful. Noah, never left the job until they updated me on what they did that day. The whole crew was great, and hard working, and answered all my questions. Another Technician Pejman also did an amazing job with Noah. As this is big project Noah and Pejman worked in a timely manner and had great attention to detail and completed the full house re-pipe including replaced water Heater. Mr. Rooter was the best plumbing company I've ever had to do the work I needed done. I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that needs a quality plumber at an affordable price
