Rapid response and fix from Jesus and Freddy. Saw a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling this morning, called Beacon at 12:46pm and it was all fixed, tested and cleaned by 3:08pm the same day! Worked with me on most cost effective solutions so that I’m not paying for anything I don’t need. Really appreciate this team for getting the job done quickly and walking me through the process and what to maintain and look out for the next time around.

I want to give an excellent review for the great plumbing job performed by Nate and Riley. They spent time explaining the problem and provided different options to solve the problem. They were thorough and efficient. They left the bathroom area nice and clean. Very pleased with their quality of service. called this morning at around 10:30am. Told them the scheduler that I needed to get my ac fixed ASAP and he told me they would do their best and that my technician would be calling me. Ian called me after another 10-15 minutes and, after explaining my situation, promised that he would do the best he could. He messaged me again after 10-15 minutes confirming that he could get here at 11:30am and he actually got here at 11:20!! Ian arrived with his apprentice Damon and, after I explained the issue, they worked quickly to not only resolve the issue but also install a new P trap that I can clear out myself and functions more efficiently, and maintenance both outdoor and indoor units! They were both very respectful, cheerful (even though I accidentally made them wait 10 minutes when they arrived), and diligent. I want them to be my technicians every time I call Beacon!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give Ian a raise!!!!

Ian and Damon are the best! I’ve used Beacon for both plumbing and electrical jobs at my house over the years, they are consistently impressive. The most recent work involved replacing an incorrectly installed Navien combi tankless system. I was shocked that the previous owner of my home did not oversee the quality of the install, and this ultimately led to its demise after less than 10 years. Ian was very informative about the issues with the original installation and offered genuine advice and solutions to make the replacement system less prone to failure points in the future. Beacon service commonly comes with a premium price point, but I’m honestly grateful and fine with that based on the quality of service they provide. I will always contact them first, they are the best in the city!

Waking to the smell of gas from our gas fireplace key valve and knowing it needed to get fixed called Beacon Plumbing who sent out Ian and Damon in just a couple hours who assessed things quickly, communicated everything clearly, and were surgical and simply incredible in repairing the issue expediently! Without hesitation one of the best experiences with repairs I’ve had in a long time. So grateful for these guys and Beacon Plumbing!
