Water Heater Pros

Solid company that replaced our water heater. Their pricing was fair and transparent. Quality service and parts, no cheap junk. They came out the next day, replaced the unit in less than an hour. They were clean, detailed about the product, maintenance, and expectations. Would definitely recommend for a no nonsense, competent, and efficient business.

Absolutely shocked with the efficient service we received, not to mention the whole experience all together! We confirmed our water heater went out after 10 years and feared the absolute worst financially, seeing the last time we had it serviced, we were quoted over $6k from a competitor to replace it when the time came. I found this place via a google search and was highly skeptical when I saw on their website the all in price of $1,899. However, their google reviews were 5.0, so I figured why not give them a chance. After calling and confirming the price, I called around to compare prices. The majority of places won’t even quote over the phone and want to charge you to come and quote! What was once a red flag was now an amazing deal! Called back to schedule, and they were here the next day. From the time they were ringing my doorbell to the time they were leaving was 45 minutes! 🤯 The techs were very professional, friendly, and did amazing work. And when I received my invoice, sure enough, it said $1,899 was the total! Don’t believe me? Go look at my attached photos and see for yourself! 🙂 This is the second smaller local company we contracted with for home improvement/ repairs in the past 2 months and I truly think I’m never going to shop corporate or large local again! Other guys, take note. You’re ripping people off. Companies like this are going to put you out of business! I for one will be happy to help them do it too!!

I would definitely recommend. Contacted Ace in the morning and had a brand new water heater in a few hours. Very efficient and professional. No hidden fees, what you see is what you pay. Thanks guys.

This company is amazing!! My son found them for me. I called Affordable Plumbing. Thinking they would be affordable. Far from it. They quoted me 3200 to replace a water heater. I called Pros water heater they gave me an appointment the next morning. I was shocked at there price. The guys Install the water heater in less than 30 minutes. Explain to me what was going to happen next. They worked clean, very friendly and fast. I was amazed.

Highly recommend Ace and his team. They were responsive, showed up on time, friendly, explained additional needed repairs and left the area clean. We are so grateful that we found them and for their ability to get our water heater replaced so quickly.
