R Buck Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

We had our a/c survived through R Buck from George and Tyler. We called on a Friday and George came out same day found the issue and replaced it. We found it wasn't working properly still so we call Friday night and had Tyler here Saturday morning. Found it was a simply wire mix up and it is working great now. Great response time. Great communication. Great company. Both guys were awesome to work with.

David was awesome! My appointment window was 12-4pm and David gave me a call 30 min before, checked if I was home, and came out right at 12! I appreciated him being timely. He was in and out of our house with a solution within an hour and even scheduled another appointment for us to have something repaired. He did a thorough investigation as to what could be causing our issues and took lots of pictures and explained things very well so that I knew what was going on. He was also very considerate and friendly! Thank you so much David!

We had a fantastic experience with R Buck! Marc came over and gave us all the information on what was going on with our AC /furnace. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. He got us scheduled quick and communicated everything we needed to know. The installers came over the next day and got everything installed and everything works great! Would definitely recommend R Buck.

Tyler Z did an excellent job servicing my furnace. He is very pleasant and professional. My dogs loved him also. I would definitely recommend him and I plan on using him again in the future. Colin was awesome to work with. He installed three GFCI outlets for me. He was very professional and pleasant. Both of these guys were respectful of my home and property. My dogs loved Colin also. I will use him for electrical needs in the future.

We had Brad K come out and install a new light fixture in the kitchen as well as locate the electrical input for our garbage disposal that was hidden between the cabinets. He rerouted and replaced that illegal monstrosity so the new garbage disposal could be installed with a simple plug-in outlet with a combination switch panel. We will absolutely be requesting Brad specifically for all future electrical services and inspections.
