R Buck Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

My wife and I have lived in our house for 25 years with no air conditioning. We had been thinking about getting it, but never had for some reason or another. When it was time to replace the furnace, we decided to add A/C. We called several companies and finally decided on R Buck due to their high reputation, extensive warranties, and decades of proven history as a quality local company. We knew of the company since the 90s in Pueblo and had never heard anything but positive things. Mark came out and spec'd out both. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to upsell anything and had a no-pressure style we greatly appreciated. He even returned to ensure we had received what we expected. The install crew, Kory and Ezra, were extremely polite, professional, and treated us like family. They worked diligently and still took time to answer any questions throughout. The electricians, Colin and Justin, were also outstanding and ensured we understood where and how the hookups would be placed, giving us various options to our satisfaction while keeping in code. John, who cleaned our vent system, was courteous and efficient. He even cleaned our vent covers until they looked new. Everything, from the estimates and sales to the install and final review of our new system, was top-notch. It's sometimes overlooked, but having a quality company and people install is very important to a long-lasting, dependable HVAC system and we're very happy we called R Buck.

Nick Emery was super helpful evaluating our gas range for an electric conversion. After quickly determining the house was already wired for it, he installed an outlet and updated the breaker panel with higher-amperage fuses. He also recommended a panel surge protector, which we opted to have installed. Nick even gave us quotes for an additional outlet in the garage and some new kitchen recessed lighting options. Very helpful, courteous, and finished quick. Highly recommend and we'll return to Nick and R. Buck in the future!

I had an appointment for my annual maintenance service for my furnace and AC. Making the appointment was easy, with the person on the phone being very helpful. My tech, Jack W., arrived in the time window for the appointment. I got a text first, with a picture of him, so I would know for sure who he was when I answered my door. What a great idea! He also called when he was close to my home. Once here, Jack was very professional, friendly and courteous. So easy to work with. After he checked out the furnace and AC, he went over all his findings, and told me that a couple of things are starting to show wear, but that there was nothing that could not wait until my next annual appointment. He was very thorough, explaining all the things he had checked. I truly appreciate that he did not try to sell me on replacing things that do not need to be replaced yet. I also appreciate that I now have a heads up on what I should budget for replacing on the next annual service appointment. I highly recommend this company, and I hope they know how lucky they are to have this employee!

Kizu did an amazing job. I have plumber friends who have 2-3 guys doing this work and he did it by himself. He was an expert in his craft, extremely knowledgeable on all my questions, very friendly and respectful. R Buck definitely delivers on their promise. I highly recommend Kizurira for any water heater installations and issues.
