This company is great! Called today to ask for repairs for our AC which was not working. The person who answered the phone (sorry I didn’t get your name) was super nice and said they could send someone over this afternoon! I was surprised to get such quick service during a hot-weather week. Tucker called me 20 minutes before coming to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time—maybe even a little early. He was also extremely nice and polite which my husband and I appreciated, and it didn’t take him long to find the trouble —the capacitor that runs the fan on the outside unit was no longer working. It a surprise since it had not been replaced since we moved in 20 years ago. He had one available in his car so was able to replace it right away in voila! That was all it took and the AC works great now. Although our AC unit is definitely an older one, he did not try, as some repair persons might, to convince us to pay to replace it or to sell us extra parts we don’t need. Thanks Tucker, we’ll be sure to call and ask for you if and when we need anything else done. Great customer service!

Called home heating services Incorporated for a air conditioner checkup. Carlos, the technician showed up exactly on time. Was very professional in his work and manners explained everything thoroughly. What he was doing and checking for would highly recommend this company and this particular individual to any one of my friends or family gave them five stars plus we'll definitely use them again in the future

Alex, Dan, and Alexsandr were on-time, very respectful of the property, worked well together, and did an outstanding job! A full furnace install with an additional air duct, and they were done in 7 hours. Johnny also deserves a shout out for the estimate. He was very honest and didn't try to up sell me extra crap I didn't need. I will definitely use Home Heating in the future if the need arises!

Mike who did my initial consult was very knowledgeable and informative. He identified the options for my heat pump and furnace, presented the facts, and was not pushy at all! He was very knowledgeable about current rebate programs and upfront about uncertainty of programs going forward. Dan who was the lead on the install was incredibly professional, communicative, and clean. He and his team were careful not to track dirt from the basement throughout the house. They communicated what they were doing with each step and the timing of the work they were doing. The final product worked without a flaw and is a very clean installation!

Excellent service , very prompt on appointment time. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Replaced the capacitor and waited to make sure it worked. Got me an estimate on a new water heater as well! Appreciated his explanation if the issue and quick completion of the job!
