For peace of mind with having to get a complete HVAC system for the house, I highly recommend Smith Plumbing and Heating!! Justin was the one who provided our estimate and took the time to explain in detail what Carrier equipment we're receiving and their maintenance services we'll receive after installation. The technicians/installers were John and Ramon. They were the best when it came to prepping the house for removal of our old HVAC equipment and the installation of the new Carrier furnace/air conditioner systems. They explained every component and how it works plus they demonstrated how our new systems will work.

Zacary did an amazing job. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, meticulous and explained the process of what he was doing and what he did. We discovered issues with our boiler for our radiant heating system and hot water tank. Shawn did a thorough inspection of our system, and explained what needed to be repaired and why. He returned the next day to make the repairs. When he was done, he showed us what he had done, including making improvements to the piping so that future repairs and maintenance will be easier.

Smith’s employees are amazing. Brad came out the first time and was quick and professional and explained exactly what was needed. My landlord lives out of state so they contacted him and set up the whole replacement for the new AC Unit. Andy came out to install it and explained everything in detail. Was he professional and put down tarps so they could walk through the house. Overall it was a good experience with a very professional company. Would highly recommend to anyone.
