I had a great experience with United Plumbing! Derick is an amazing plumber and couldn't have handled the situation any better than he did. He was very polite, professional, and thorough about resolving the issue. I had two shower drains that were clogged, and had a different company that came out initially but they weren't able to unclog either of the two showers and suggested that a more advanced company handle it... Derick with United Plumbing came with a variety of different tools/troubleshooting methods and took the time to ensure that both showers were completely unclogged before he left, he really went above and beyond. He also made sure he cleaned everything up and left my house in the same condition that it was before he arrived. This type of genuine workmanship is rare to find nowadays. I also want to compliment the receptionist Miranda who was very polite and kind when I was booking the appointment and requesting to add special instructions. Thank you United Plumbing for delivering amazing customer service!!!

I had an urgent plumbing need and after doing a Google search for plumbers near me, I started calling. United Plumbing answered promptly when I called (I did not have to leave a voicemail to call back!) and they were able to schedule me same-day! Miranda, the person I spoke with on the phone, was kind and professional and explained everything so well. The technician, Derek, called me prior to his arrival, letting me know his ETA. After explaining the problem, Derek was quick to offer a solution and get an estimate for me. He was able to fix the problem and made sure to clean up the area well before he left. Richard and his crew were personable and professional. Pollyanna was great in keeping me informed of the schedule. United installed a complete central air system with a 98% furnace and a 16 SEER condenser. They also installed my propane piping. This is a home I am building myself and they were great in this endeavor. And the price was just right!
