Excellent service. Nathan arrived on time and was polite with a great attitude. Everything he did during the process of replacing the kitchen faucet and water shut-off valves was explained to me. He also showed me the cause of the leak. He took the time to answer all of my questions.. He is a young man who enjoys his job. This company is lucky to have him as an employee. Hot water heater went out, I called Monday morning, they were at my house assessing within 2 hours, estimate to me by that evening. Travis and his partner (didn’t get his name) were here today replacing my entire unit! Very professional, courteous, kind, hard working! They explained and showed me everything. My water heater fiasco was a bit complicated, not so simple due to a previous poor install… They seriously went over and above the normal to get it done right! The whole process from the first call to the final was simple. They were on time! I knew exactly what to expect each step. I would recommend these 2 and the company anytime! Thank you!

We recently had our swamp cooler and furnace replaced with Affordable. The entire process was an awesome experience. Estevan was very patient with us while we figured out what we wanted and made multiple visits to our home to figure out how best to serve us. The office was easy to work with to get installation scheduled and communication of all of our paperwork via email was appreciated. On installation day, Randy and his team did such a great job and were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Our furnace is in our sweltering attic and the swamp cooler on our steeply pitched roof, and they acted like it was no big deal and were done so quick. They made sure to clean up after themselves and made the whole process as easy it could be for us.
