Neighborhood has been dealing with high water pressure in the area and found ours to be at 115 psi when it shouldn't be higher than 80 psi i have been told. Had First Rate come out after seeing one of their vans at our neighbor's house installing a PRV for the exact same issue. The Plumber gave me a estimate, but more important made me feel comfortable and confident that the work was going to get done right and protect my home from any water leaking issues.

Called on a Friday morning and within 40 minutes Santiago arrived. Santiago did some troubleshooting and promptly found the problem. He did a great job explaining the issue and it’s solution. He quickly fixed the issue upon returning with replacement parts. Very impressed with the customer service and Santiago’s professionalism.

The response from First Rate P&H was very quick. I got an appointment the next day. It was auper easy to make the appointment online. Saul Prieto was beyond amazing! Not only was he technically proficient he also was knowledgeable about other topics related to the work I needed done. He removed a reverse osmosis system that was sort of shoved under the sink and showed me where there was more damage. He fixed that and also replaced the garbage disposal that was barely hanging on. He discussed options with me and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. And everything works great now. The price was reasonable for everything he had to do. I would highly recommend First Rate Plumbing, Heating & Cooling!

Saul was awesome and explained everything to me. He took the time to make sure I was understood why he was doing things differently than other plumbers I’ve used in n the past that only provided temporary fixes. I appreciated him.

They came and told me I needed an entire new system and that I had a leak in my coolant lines. Had another guy come and turns out it was just frozen up and needed to defrost. Coolant levels fine and system is in good shape. Not sure if this is the companies values or just the one technician but definitely stay away.
