Toni B. came out to repair our toilet and gave us great advice. We ended up buying a new one and asked him to come install it. He was friendly and professional. Barely here an hour and did everything including taking our our old commode. Really comfortable experience. I’m almost hoping we have more issues so we can see him again. lol

TLC replaced a furnace and A/C unit for me recently and it was an exceptional experience. They were professional, courteous, fast, hard working and left no trace when they were gone. After a really bad experience with Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, I've had TLC now replace 2 systems for me and had a great experience both times. The estimator, Riley and the install team, Kayne, Erik, Ricky, Brandon, Joseph and Uriel were all amazing and I highly recommend them! They were more than willing to explain what they were doing and why, as well as give me options and recommendations. There were no high pressure sales pitches and they solved some tough problems with an old house.

I had them install refrigerated air in my home in February. The gentleman who gave me the estimate provided options and understood my budget. They came in under a competitor by a decent amount. Scheduling the install was easy. The day of the installation 6 trucks arrived promptly. They were professional and efficient. They encountered an unexpected challenge and notified me immediately. We got it resolved. At the end of the day, I had an upgraded electrical service and air conditioning. You would never know they had been there. When I started running the system in May, I experienced an issue with it continuously running. I called for service. It took over a week to get a repair person. He came out. I explained it was a new system. He said installation would have to come out. This is my only complaint. I had told the scheduler it was new. She pulled up my account and verified it. In the end the original installation supervisor came out conducted a full inspection and politely reminded me to change my air filter monthly. The system works beautifully when you follow their instructions. Highly recommend this company. Reasonably priced, respectful employees, and good service.

We had to have emergency AC repair at night out in the middle of nowhere and Michael was amazing! TLC Dispatched Michael quickly and efficiently. He arrived right on schedule and did a great job inspecting diagnosing and repairing my air conditioning! I am very appreciative of his professionalism, promptness and thoroughness, and expertise. He was very polite. Thank you so much.

TLC is the BEST!! Kayne & Erik came out to repair our swamp cooler. They were very thorough in explaining how we should maintain and had our pump replaced in no time! These two kind & friendly gentlemen were extremely helpful, knowledgeable & efficient. We have used TLC from the day we moved to Placitas, NM 3 years ago and we have always been beyond pleased with them. They have always been out in a very timely manner and had our issues resolved without fail. We recommend them every time we are asked! Thank you, TLC!!
