Jake, Dylan and the entire M&R team did a fantastic job with my RO water system installation, new hot water heater, and moving my home water shut off valve from the crawlspace into the water closet. They were professional. They were on time. They cleaned up after they were finished. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Great job Jake and M&R!

M&R Restoration took care of the damage resulting from a leak in a pipe in our home. We woke up to three inches of water covering our entire first floor. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Tyler was amazing to work with and their entire crew was professional, friendly and respectful of our home. It is rare in this day and age to find a company with such excellent customer service. I recommend them highly!

With the emergency we experienced on a Friday evening, I made 1 call. I got an immediate response, and a tech was sent out within Minutes. He reached out with details of his arrival time and arrived quickly. He assessed the situation, explained clearly everything I needed to make a decision on the best solution. My problems were solved within 3&1/2 hours of my 1st call to S&R I thought this was excellent, as 1 hour was drive time. Kind, Courteous & Extremely Professional. If I could give more that 5 stars I would. I had to get and A/C repaired and a water heater repaired at my business. To start, Mia was the one who helped me get scheduled. Very kind and helpful! The plumbing techs that came out were Samuel and Roman. Those guys were so kind, and they knocked the job out quick. They took me out to show me what was wrong ( it gave me peace of mind and knew that I was not getting something I did not need). After the job was complete, they took me out and showed me what was done. The welds were very tidy and clean. Second a gentleman named Brandon worked on my AC. He found some things wrong that I had no idea about and showed me prior to working on the unit. He was very professional and kind as well. Overall I felt in very good hands and will probably not call any other company for plumbing or heating from here out.

Jake from M&R arrived to place an ADA toilet in our guest bathroom. On removal of old toilet he discovered it had been improperly installed and the subfloor was rotting out. Had him inspect half bath with similar findings. He and his trainee (Eddie) while unable to complete the work at the time due to floor replacement needed cleaned up work areas, contacted construction company ( who will be out amazingly same day) and will be back to complete the work when flooring is safe to use. Extremely impressed with Jake and his company and would highly recommend. This is a continuous saga… the construction company repaired subfloor but prior to that fell through the floor (luckily report was no injuries but it had to hurt), water line broken resulting in return of Jake and Eddie. Now one week later while waiting for new floors to be placed in bathrooms Jake returned to install one of the new toilets pending new flooring. M&R continues to be in contact with the construction company for us. M&R is truly impressive based on Jake and their service Third chapter: woke to find puddle in front of refrigerator on Friday. Called M&R and left a message as it was before actual office hours.They returned call soon after and worked us in that day. Water turned off to house in between finding and repair later that day. Jake found leak was related to the ice maker, ordered part and will return coming week to install. Told Jake we’d had to call M&R and he’s been over so much the last few weeks we need to adopt him! Final chapter of toilet adventure: given age of water heater (almost 20) now have beautiful new tankless water heater, two ADA toilets properly installed with new subfloors below them (Farmington Construction), working non leaking ice maker. Jake and all his colleagues have been wonderful. Always cheerful, professional and a joy to be around (even with the unending saga).
