Not sure if the owner changed or something. We used them years ago they seemed reasonably priced & we recommended them to others. Today they were late for a prescheduled kitchen faucet replacement. They wanted to charge $489 for labor only. That feels excessive. I understand paying for skilled labor but almost $500 for 30-60 minutes of work just didn’t feel right. They did offer $50 off. Instead I waited all day & wasted a day off and paid them $50 for basically nothing. My fault for not asking the price when I scheduled but they also should have disclosed it. Also, I paid with a check and they took a photo of my ID (even though my check matched my home address) & we were a previous client. With so much fraud these days I’m VERY uncomfortable with someone now having my banking info and now a photo with all my personal information. We called this company because we’re a blue family & they supposedly back the blue. It definitely didn’t feel that way today. Very disappointing.

As most plumbing issues, I considered mine an "emergency". Thankfully, Devin & Robbie arrived within 24 hrs! Devin explained every step to me before proceeding to rectify. They worked efficiently, professionally, courteously. I truly felt that I was in "good hands". I recommend True Blue Plumbing as a plumbing company that has exceptional service as their first priority.

Devin had the expertise to find the most efficient and cost effective solution for our sink issue, and after a competitor quoted us at over 3x the price! Glad we gave these folks a call, and we’ll know who to call the next time we need a plumber!

WOW! Get ready to receive the disappointment of your life with these jerks! This is what a $16.6K plumbing job by Devon and his workers actually looks like! They have the money, so it's off their plate now! Out of sight out of mind! I had a complete exterior plumbing overhaul at my home as they finished around June 15, 2024! To this day, take a look at the yard, which they "ensured" me it would look like they were never there! I myself purchased 10 bags of dirt to fill in the void of exposed pipe and try to prevent a safety hazard from remaining in my yard and hurting my family or a neighbor or pet! Devon kept ensuring me, "they're on the way!" I've waited and waited as long as possible! The additional $340 for dirt and 10 more bags of top soil out of my own pocket helped with the void, as you can see but didn't fix the problem! I would've paid $10K more to another company to get the satisfaction of receiving the services as agreed upon, quoted, and by the contract signed! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DON'T USE THESE GUYS! READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND SEE ABOUT THE REAL BUSINESS OWNERS AND WORKERS! PATHETIC THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!!!!

The company charged me $7,542.76 total to install a sewer liner, fix a toilet, and a drain line leak. The company didn't show up when they said they would and I had paid $2,506.82 in advance for materials for a sewer liner. Because they didn't show up when promised I contacted the credit card company and advised them to stop the payment. When True Blue showed up a day or two late, I contacted the credit card company and advised them to go ahead and pay True Blue. I was later charged the first amount plus $2,272.82 for materials plus the remaining balance of $5,279.94. I could never get the overpayment back from True Blue and had to go through my credit card company to get the money back. True Blue asserted they were only paid two payments and not three though my credit card was charged three times. They started the job of putting in a sewer liner and then didn't return for about a week. Then after they had the liner installed they took about another week to come back and do the necessary grading on my yard. Before they started the job they had to move things in my garage to access the sewer line and advised me that they would put it all back once done. Later, Devin said putting things back wasn't something they do. I convinced him that they needed to do this because HE said they would. They did move things back for me but later I had to rearrange everything myself to get things back in the right place. Once the job was finished the company left their trailer on my driveway blocking access to my garage for another week after saying they would be back in a few days to get the trailer. I would never recommend them for anything.
