No wonder it has got this many 5 stars. My experience has been a 5-star one as well. Theo did great: his professionalism, expertise, and customer service were second to none. He explained to me what he was doing and I learned quite a bit as a result.
Zach was awesome. The service was great. Coming out on a Sunday during Memorial Day was so helpful. His options for further repair were delivered quickly. It was a bit pricey but Zach’s timely response and quick work made it worth it.
Estimate/Consult took way too long! I understand you want to be thorough and pitch your sale, but 90 minutes is overkill. It should be 30 minutes max. Additionally, Anthony's estimate was thousands of dollars more than the other estimates I had received from competitors. I was told I would have to be home to let the installation crew in. So, when I received a text that they were on their way, I left work and waited at my house for them to arrive. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called Anthony's and they said that their system said technicians had been at my home for the past 30 minutes. They said to call back if they still didn't show up soon. I waited another 15 minutes before calling back and they said they would have the technician call me. At this point, I had already missed over an hour of work and had to get back, so I left the front door unlocked. Once I got back to my work 15 minutes later, the technician called and said they were still at the previous installation and wouldn't be at my house for another hour. Grrr! I told them they would have to let themselves in. I came home to cardboard, paper, and other trash left behind by the installers, and damage to floor and walls. For the price I'm paid and the reputation of this company, I expected better customer care and service!
$20 a month whether we use their service or not and twice when we did need them the "same day service" that was promised was not delivered. The couple times they did come out the plumber did a great job, and a/c check-up went well, however my AC gave out couple months later after everything was "just fine". We cancelled because of this. We had to go buy an AC unit because we couldn't be left in the sweltering heat waiting on them to come maybe tomorrow 😒😒
They got to my house at 3:00 to start an all-day job. They were here till 11: 00 pm. The technician decided to change out the galvanized pipe first although I suggested during the plumbing for the washer and dryer move first. I had no idea how long it would take to switch all this out. I am not a plumber. Why did they start a job this time consuming at 3:00 in the afternoon?. He unhooked my water grounding wire which meant my house wouldn't passed city code. I had an electrician here that day that told the plumber not unhook the grounding wire and why didn't he talk to me before he did this? They sent a supervisor out here to look at everything and he told me that my grounding was fine but it wasn't. It wouldn't pass city code that way .Then they said that he was only a plumbing supervisor and not an electrician this supervisor. So then why did he go outside and look where my electricity came into my house and looked at all the electrical downstairs? Why was he giving me an answer on unhooking the water grounding wire. So they sent another part of their crew (electrical) out here to fix it which he did and I'm grateful. They didn't run any of the new plumbing through the bays in the basement so now it is outside the bays in the basement. Looks like a bad road map. They didn't install the dryer vent because they said they would have to go through my floor which they wouldn't have had to. I ended up having to hire another company they come out installed it up and through the wall. All in all it was a hot mess. If I had known that they were going to unhook the water grounding wire, if they had told me where I could have made an informed decision I probably would not have switched out my galvanized pipes at this time. But I don't know anything about electricity or plumbing. So I have to trust the people that I hire. trusting Anthony Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is something I will never do again. I still don't have good water pressure in my bathtub.
