So grateful for my experience with True Blue Plumbers. Called them with an emergency for a commercial property, with less than a day to figure everything out for a city inspector. Despite the pressure, True Blue maintained expert professionalism in addressing the problem: they reached out to city inspectors to get detailed information on what was needed, called multiple vendors looking for the exact part, had the special parts ordered immediately, provided a full-disclosure quote without gauging us or taking advantage of our rushed situation nor the fact that we were a commercial job, and they worked us into their schedule immediately. It was so relieving to find them during a very high-pressure moment. Next, since they happened to be on property, they took care of a few other things for us (for another inspector) swiftly and expertly. Again, doing the research first, presenting options in a clear and detailed manner, then taking care of it all. 10/10 recommend True Blue.

Marcell was very efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. He cleaned up after himself taking the old water heater with him. We would use him again.

Marcel has done several jobs for us. The work has always been quality and the pricing is fair. The first job was a major repair that required cutting cement and digging a trench through the front yard. Marcel handled all aspects of the job and did great work. When our water heater began leaking he was able to come out within 24 hours with a new one and replaced it. Each time he has been courteous, professional and timely.
