We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Clarke & Rush, thanks to the amazing team of Billy, Jesus, Ryan, and Rusty. From the very beginning, they showed exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork. They arrived early—around 7 a.m.—and worked nonstop until 2:30 p.m. Their coordination and clear division of tasks made the entire installation process smooth and efficient. Even more impressive, they came back the next day not only to finish the remaining work but also to thoroughly clean up the area. After everything was completed, they spent an extra 30 minutes patiently walking me through how to operate and maintain the new system, answering all of my questions in detail. Their dedication and positive attitude truly made a big impression on us. We felt very comfortable and happy having them in our home for two full days. Honestly, it didn’t feel like just a service appointment—it felt like we made new friends. We sincerely hope they’ll have time in the future to visit us again just to hang out and share a meal together. This kind of customer service is rare, and we’re so grateful. Highly, highly recommend this team!

Great company! My appointment had to be changed due to circumstances beyond the company control however, I was appropriately compensated for the inconvenience which, I appreciated. The technician who came out was fabulous! I noticed his work product was of high quality which, I also appreciated. The employee was very nice and professional also. Give him a gold star.

We needed a new HVAC system to replace our old and barely functional equipment. Clarke and Rush is fast, knowledgeable, affordable, and professional. Doug knows his stuff and diagnosed the problems right away. Brian was super responsive and had helpful answers to all our questions while deciding on a system that best suited our situation. The install team, Alfredo, Jeff, Tobiah, and Ryan made it easy and they did a bang up job. And they fit us in the schedule quickly during a heat wave. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that Clark and Rush are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.. They did an amazing job installing a new motor in my A/C Unit and a surge protector... The team at Clarke & Rush were awesome. They accommodated resolving my issue the same day. The technician (Zach) was even better. He explained everything plainly, showed the issue, and offered options to address it. He was very professional and friendly.
