Our technician Cody was very knowledgeable and professional. I must have asked him to explain the same thing to me 4 or 5 times and he did so as if it was the first time. He used some analogies which really helped me understand. My husband and I felt no pressure to purchase anything we didn't feel confident that was necessary. Very pleasant experience with a very friendly tech. This has been our experience with everyone who has represented Bell Brothers for all our repairs and new purchases. Excellent company and employees.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but Luis definitely earned this one. I had a nasty clog in my upstairs shower, and Luis handled it like a pro from start to finish. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and immediately got to work. What stood out most was how helpful and consultative he was—he didn’t just fix the issue, he explained what caused it, what he pulled out (which was wild), and gave me practical tips to help prevent it from happening again. No upselling, just honest, knowledgeable advice. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up like he was never even there. It’s rare to find someone this professional and easy to work with. If you’re dealing with plumbing issues, Luis is the one to call. Highly recommend!

Kalie and Angel were absolutely incredible. They both arrived with large smiles on their faces and eager to provide the scheduled service. Kalie was incredibly informative and did an amazing job explaining her findings. She gave recommendations on things I can do as the homeowner to mitigate future issues, while also recommending more comprehensive solutions to my aging plumbing fixtures. It is staff like this that continuously remind me why I value Bell brothers as a company.

I was very impressed with the exemplary level of customer service displayed by Michael and Jordan from Bell Brothers. They responded to our request same day and while onsite, they displayed a comprehensive working knowledge of our problem areas and had simple solutions at hand within minutes of arrival. I’m always at peace when Bell Brothers leaves after a service request. I originally used Bell Brothers to have all of my windows replaced when I first purchased my home 3 years ago. That was a 5 star experience so I decided to call again for A/C maintenance. Richard V was my technician and his friendly demeanor, educational explanations, and thorough work left a great impression on me. I decided to commit as a full time member for all my A/C, Heater, and plumbing needs to maintain an efficient and cared for home. At the end of my appointment I was again extremely happy and looking forward to the continue services I will be receiving in the future. Being a homeowner is hard but having the right people (with the right tools) is easy.
