Tri-Star Heating Air & Plumbing

Yesterday my AC in my rental unit went out. I called Nick Phillips, their manager who I went to high school with, at 8:00 pm. He had a technician to my apartment the next day and they replaced the compressor in the unit. Fantastic and quick service from a great local company. Highly recommend!

If you need a plumber or A/C issues of any kind, from the least to the worse, please call.these great people. What they did for me, 3 other companies over looked & gave up. But the young man, Benjamin, stayed with it until he found what dozens of others over looked due to lack of being up to date on the one pblm causing the mystery smell in my house. Had already cost me over $3000.00 but that does include the instalation of replacing my hotwater heater which could probably gotten few more years out of! Please, give this Company first call. They will save you lot of headaches & money. Nick is the best, kind & thoughtful & considerate.

Bennet and Nick are fantastic. I called them and they were there the next day, they took a look at our problem quoted us and came back within the week! Replaced our bellied pipe in only a few hours! Both of them are so nice, easy to talk to and really made this whole process go smooth and stress free! I highly recommend them!! If anything happens again they will be my first call.

After reading reviews and getting some estimates, we selected TriStar. We are very pleased with everything. Starting with person who answers the phone and sets up the appointments, then Lance (who gave us the estimate) and ending with Trevor and Bubba who came and did the work. Quick, efficient, clean (placing rugs down because it was raining) and quite (surprising since it was duct work) It is also nice to see employees who work well together-they really do have "team!" We had a slight issue with one vent a few days later-they came back quickly and are coming back soon to adjust a few things. Great team, good company. Will be using them again as we do more upgrades/maintenance to our home.
