We had two Train HVAC’s installed by two fantastic Canady Trams. Zachary Brunner and Aaron Conley installed the 3 Ton Train unit and Lead Brandon Prosser and Matt Raney installed the 2 Ton Train for the upstairs. Both teams arrived promptly at 0800 and provided amazing service. Both site leads Zachery and Brandon walked us through both the attic over the garage and the attic upstairs and reviewed all details and answered all questions. The guys were out here to do an install of a Trane system for us. This morning they got here early, and there knocked it out by around noon They were efficient pleasant and professional... i strongly recommend Canady if you have needs like ours

To sum it up I purchased an entire unit back in 2014 and pay for a service to have my unit inspected and cleaned once a year. This past November a technician came and inspected and was to clean my inside and outside unit. He found that my capacitor was bad and replaced it costing me an additional 300 dollars. Now let's move to last week I heard a loud popping noise on the outside unit and I contacted Canady's to come and check it out and was told it would be next week we'll I did not want to wait so I contacted another company. The individual named Josh came out and found the issue was at the dryer and upon removing the panel found there was a pinhole leak at the dryer and that the panel has not been removed since it was installed. I feel this could of been prevented back in November. We'll I had Josh fix the issue and it cost 1100 dollars. On another note back in March of last year we had plumbing issues and my wife contacted Canady's and they came out and removed my toilet in the common bathroom upon removing the toilet they cut my flooring. . This is sad since Canady's has grown their business has deteriorated. Thanks for nothing.

The Canady crew did a great job replacing a dying unit in my home. Quality install, great sales service to explain all my options and speedy install schedule to get the whole thing inside and outside completed in 5 hours!
